# Daily and weekly digests

A digest is a snapshot of a day or a week of your workspace's conversations. Porter writes them for you; you do not have to ask.

**Account → Digests** opens the list, newest first. Tap one to read it.

{% hint style="info" %}
A quiet window produces no digest at all. A gap in the list means nothing was recorded, not that something failed.
{% endhint %}

## Daily digest

What is waiting on you today.

| Section            | What it holds                       |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------- |
| **Summary**        | The day in a paragraph.             |
| **Stats** | How many conversations were logged. |
| **Callbacks** | People expecting to hear back. |
| **Missed calls** | Calls that did not connect. |
| **Coaching focus** | The one thing to work on. |

## Weekly digest

How the week went.

| Section            | What it holds                    |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------- |
| **Summary**        | The week in a paragraph.         |
| **Stats** | Volume across the week. |
| **Wins** | Playbook steps you handled well. |
| **To tighten** | Steps that need work. |
| **Coaching focus** | What to carry into next week. |

Wins and To tighten are drawn from the [coaching scores](/docs/reviewing-a-conversation/coaching.md) on individual conversations, so a week with few scored conversations will say so rather than invent a trend.

## Opening a conversation from a digest

Rows in a digest link straight through to the conversation behind them — **Open log**. Use it when a callback in the list needs the detail before you dial.

## Digests are fixed

A digest is a snapshot of a window that has closed. It does not change afterwards, even if a conversation from that day finishes analysing later. That is what makes it something you can refer back to.
