# Conversations

Find recorded conversations and understand what happened during each interaction.

**Conversations** give you a record of customer interactions that you can revisit when you need more context, confirm details, or understand how a conversation unfolded.

Available in both the web app and mobile app, Porter organizes recorded conversations and provides the information you need to review them.

## **Find and review a conversation**

Start by finding the interaction you want to revisit. Search and filter your recordings, then open a conversation to review its outcome, customer information, summary, and details about the customer's needs and the work discussed.

This overview helps you understand the interaction and determine whether anything needs follow-up or further review.

## **Review the transcript**

When you need to examine the conversation in more detail, use the transcript to read what was said and revisit specific moments. In the web app, you can review the transcript alongside the recording and use timestamps to jump to relevant parts of the interaction.

This is useful when you need to verify a detail, understand the context behind a statement, or revisit a moment before following up.
