# Lead scoring

Help your team focus on the leads that matter most to your business.

Lead scoring lets you define what makes a lead **High**, **Medium**, or **Low** priority. Porter uses the criteria you provide for each priority level to score leads consistently, helping your team understand which leads may need the most attention.

## **Define lead priorities**

Describe the criteria Porter should look for at each priority level:

* **High** — Describe what makes a lead High priority.
* **Medium** — Describe what makes a lead Medium priority.
* **Low** — Describe what makes a lead Low priority.

Enter your criteria in the corresponding field and select **Save** to apply the changes for that priority level.
