# Notifications

Choose when your team gets emailed about notes on a conversation.

Notifications help your team stay aware of coaching feedback added to conversations. You can enable email alerts for new notes and choose whether alerts go to everyone on the team or to specific people when they are tagged in a note.

## **Note notifications**

Under **Notify me when**, select **A note is added to a conversation** to enable email alerts for notes.

Under **Send alerts to**, choose how alerts should be sent:

* **Everyone on the team** — Everyone on the team is alerted when a note is visible to everyone on the team.
* **Specific people** — Choose which team members should receive alerts when they are tagged in a note.

Select **Save** to apply your notification settings.
