# What Porter does not do yet

See which features are not currently available in the Porter mobile app.

The Porter mobile app focuses on recording in-person conversations, uploading recordings, reviewing conversations, and using Chat with Porter. Some account and workspace features are available only in the web app, while others are not currently available in Porter.

## **Available in the web app**

Some features are managed from the Porter web app rather than the mobile app.

## **Not currently available**

The following features are not currently available in Porter:

* **Deleting a single recording** — You cannot delete an individual recording from your phone or from Porter.
* **Private recordings** — Recordings are available to your workspace. Porter does not currently provide a private-recording option.
* **Managing Chat with Porter threads** — You can browse your Chat with Porter threads and start new ones, but you cannot search, delete, or filter threads by their source.
* **Streaming Chat with Porter replies** — Responses appear after processing is complete rather than being displayed as they are generated.
* **Uploading recordings over the upload size limit** — A recording that exceeds the upload size limit cannot currently be uploaded.
* **Dark mode** — The mobile app does not currently offer a dark mode.
* **Tablet-optimized layout** — Porter can run on a tablet, but the mobile app is designed for use on a phone.

## **Features not included in the mobile app**

Some features you may see in other parts of Porter are not available during recording or conversation review in the mobile app.

* **Share with team** — Recordings are already available to your workspace, so there is no separate sharing setting.
* **Delete a recording** — Individual recordings cannot be deleted from the mobile app.
* **Estimated job value** — This information is not entered or managed from the mobile app.
* **Customer email or address at capture time** — Customer contact information is added or updated after the recording from the conversation details.
